MS Logic 1
TAUGHT BY
Ethan Brown
7th-8th
This class will introduce the student to the concepts of logical thinking and will focus primarily upon the thinking mistakes that are called logical fallacies. The class is designed to be upbeat and fun, with humor used as a learning tool. The class will introduce the concepts of formal logic briefly, but the bulk of the class materials will focus on informal logic. The successful student will leave the class better prepared to evaluate his or her own thinking and the arguments of others for flaws, and better prepared to protect themselves from manipulation and deception.
