HS Shakespeare (SPRING SEMESTER)

(Shakespeare spoke these words through the character, Jacques, in As You Like It)
Whether you are new to Shakespeare or have performed several Shakespeare productions, there is always an interesting, vibrant, new character for you to portray. The title of our 2021-22 production will be announced in late spring. Auditions will be in the fall of 2021 with a few rehearsals on Saturdays. Regular rehearsals will begin in January of 2022. Production will take place in late April/early May of 2022.

Rebekah Byrd has been married to Eric for 26 years and they are blessed with four children, Ethan (22), Isaiah (20), Abigail (16), and Chloe (14). The Byrd family has homeschooled for 17 years and been a part of cooperative instruction for 14 of those years. Rebekah has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia. Her Latin instruction came from her eldest son, Ethan! Theater became a passion for Rebekah way back in 7th grade. She is passionate about all things to do with her family, Shakespeare, Monarch Butterflies, Latin, Quilts, and her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
